(11 customer reviews)

An SOS medical alert that works anywhere. Sends GPS location & calls up to 5 people including 911. Features automatic fall detection. Waterproof. 2 way hands free voice. Don’t waste money on expensive monthly monitoring fees. Instead, be monitored by the people who love you most – family & friends.  Winner Choice Magazine 2017.

What it does
Works with the 3G & 4G mobile network. When help is needed, just press the SOS button for 3 seconds until the alarm vibrates. The device will text and sequentially call up to 5 emergency contacts (usually friends/family). 911 can be a number. Whoever answers first is the one that you can speak with in a hands free 2-way conversation. The emergency text messages include a link to Google Maps showing your GPS location. The medical alert stops the sequence of calls when you click the SOS button. The mobile alert is super lightweight and is comfortable to wear with the lanyard provided or on your favorite chain.

Never get lost
If any of the contacts need to find you, they only need to send a text to the Mobile Alert. They’ll then receive a reply text with a link to your location on Google maps. Anyone knowing the number can call the Mobile Alert and the device will automatically answer in speakerphone mode. The phone icon button on the side of the unit allows you to call one of the contacts directly with a push of the button. No monthly monitoring fees ever.

The reason I purchased the LiveLife mobile alert is because I’ve been worried about Dad for quite a while now. A friend of a friend bought the LiveLife alert about a week ago for their Dad and the day after he received it he had a very bad fall and the alarm worked perfectly. If he hadn’t had the alarm they say the outcome would not have been good at all. I also love that I can call Dad on his mobile alert any time I like. I think we’ll give up on his cellphone which will basically pay for his mobile alarm.

Pete it’s just fantastic. I showed it to all the other nurses and they were like “oh my goodness, that’s incredible”. Such a funky design too isn’t it. This is going to be amazing for the carers and nurses. And I just love how we can call the pendant so easily. Think of all the falls that won’t happen rushing to the phone. Wow. Just superb.

As a multiple sclerosis sufferer living on my own, I was always nervous about having a fall and not being able to get help. I wear my mobile medical alert wherever I go and know that I don’t have to worry anymore as I can reach my sister or carer easily if I need assistance.

Mom had a bad fall and couldn’t get up just two days after we received the mobile medical alert and she pressed the button and we had her rescued in less than 15 minutes. If we hadn’t had the alarm then it would have been the next day that the neighbor would have gone to check on her. So it’s been absolutely fantastic. So clever and so good for Mum and all of us kids too. Leah 🙂

Not long ago my parent felt sick and used the help button on the mobile medical alert pendant. A family member was able to attend to them at their house. Fortunately they were ok in the end. The alert worked when we really needed it.

My 91-year old mother fell in the garden, fortunately on the lawn. When her mobile alarm went off, I called her on the device and she said she was OK but couldn’t get up. It took me 10 minutes to get there. By that time, the sprinklers had come on and she was soaked. We had a laugh about this however it could easily have turned out very badly.
    Cheers, Barry.

Since I’ve had my mobile medical alert, I feel really safe because I don’t have to have my husband or friends come with me when I go out by myself. It’s taken a little while to get used to this feeling of freedom & Independence. I also feel safe at home if I don’t want to go out. My husband / carer has also gained some independence. He doesn’t feel like he has to stay with me just in case I either fall or hurt myself & with suffering from many conditions, it’s been hard on him because he felt like he had to be around me all the time. For both of us, having the pendant has opened many opportunities. It has really opened up our lives.

Hi there Os, just a quick courtesy note. Received unit Tuesday. Had a good read of supplied literature. Today we delivered, set unit up for 101 year old mother-in-law. Went over what unit was capable of doing with her, had lunch, came home then had much loved, centenarian give us a test run. Pleased to report “ We are all relieved that help is just a push of button away”. All OK.

    :

My husband is in the early stages of Alzheimers. He continues to enjoy riding his bike and I used to get very worried as he would sometimes have difficulty finding his way home. Getting him a Live Life mobile medical alert was the best thing we have done as now I can readily find out quickly where he is. He recently went out cycling and was gone for some time so I called him on his alert pendant. Not only could I talk with him but the Mobile Alert sent me an automatic return text showing his exact location on Google Maps. This has given me so much confidence now and allows him to continue doing what he loves. Thanks heaps – Vicki.

Thank you so much!!! My Mom has really become excited about this alarm as a way to stay more independent by not risking a fall without back-up. It has also meant she has talked to a couple of neighbors about helping her whereas, previously, she was quite isolated. From being confronted by the idea of an alarm suggesting she is frail, she is now seeing it as a way to prove she is strong and has organised her life with support in case things go wrong.
    Really brilliant.
    Cheers, Shirley Beer
